The cocoa for the Milk Signature Collection Chocolate is grown in the rich soil of our own Mount Edna plantation. Lemon Myrtle, the queen of lemon herbs gives this premium milk chocolate a lemony, aromatic, and tangy flavor which is very hard to resist.
Carefully balancing the complex flavour of these highly awarded cocoa beans with the addition of the finest Australian full cream milk, has produced an extraordinary milk chocolate unlike any other, Lemon Myrtle adds a whole new dimension to the chocolate.
Single Origin means that the cocoa beans come only from a specified region and are not blended with others, similar to fine wine. In mass produced chocolate these differences in flavour and aroma are “blended out”. In our “Origin” chocolate we celebrate these differences as we bring you a unique product.
